As a member of Tennessee State Soccer Association (TSSA) NRSA registers all of its players with TSSA. 

One benefit of that registration is that TSSA offers secondary insurance to all registered players if the claim is filed within 15 months of the injury and you sought medical attention within 90 days of the injury.  There is a $500 deductible and then TSSA covers 80% and you would be responsible for 20%

How do we file a Youth Injury Claim?

What happens after we file a Youth Injury Claim?

Once your claim form is received it will be reviewed by TSSA and sent to the insurance company, you will receive a letter within 7-10 business days with next steps on your claim and reimbursement. Remember, there is a $500 deductible and then TSSA covers 80% and player family would be responsible for 20%.
